- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with actionable recommendations
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Author white papers and thought leadership on human-machine co-evolution paradigms
- Oversee cross-functional R&D teams prototyping next-gen human augmentation systems
- Advocate ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through policy engagement
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of developing multi-year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex scientific, economic, and sociological data
- Published thought leadership in top-tier futurist journals (e.g., Future Studies Quarterly)
- Experience advising C-suite executives on exponential technology adoption
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from at least two major innovation initiatives
