Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market evolution
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen products/services using emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic domains
- Partner with R&D to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-industry transformations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
