You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into DNA, ensuring we don't just adapt to change but define it.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and prioritize emerging technologies, consumer behaviors, and global megatrends through 2026+
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, trend impact matrices, and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry conferences on future-shaping forces
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers to amplify our predictive capabilities
- Quantify future opportunity landscapes through data modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Drive the development of our 'Future Radar' AI-powered trend analysis platform
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field with 8+ years of applied foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environments
- Expertise in foresight methodologies including Delphi techniques, backcasting, and systems thinking
- Exceptional command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Published author or frequent speaker at global innovation forums (e.g., Davos, CES, Singularity Summit)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives implemented based on future forecasting
