Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to develop 2026+ strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to co-create future-state roadmaps
- Develop predictive models using AI-driven foresight frameworks and scenario planning
- Produce high-impact futures intelligence reports for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight into compelling narratives that drive organizational change
- Oversee implementation of innovation pilots based on future-state projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence C-level executives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation (portfolio required)
- Experience scaling foresight functions across global organizations
