- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks and risk mitigation protocols for long-term organizational resilience

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Track record of developing and implementing successful long-term strategies in Fortune 500 or high-growth environments
