- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Facilitate strategic workshops with cross-functional innovation teams
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness maturity across organizations
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Design and execute quantitative/qualitative foresight methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on future-proofing organizational models
- Author thought leadership pieces for industry publications
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with 500+ signals
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend impact analysis
- Published thought leadership in futurist or strategy publications
- Experience with AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology foresight
- Advanced proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ future-strategy implementations
