Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Develop quantitative and qualitative models for forecasting market disruptions and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience presenting at global conferences or publishing in peer-reviewed journals
