As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies to anticipate market disruptions, identify transformational opportunities, and build resilient business models. This role combines deep analytical rigor with creative foresight to prepare organizations for tomorrow's challenges today.
Responsibilities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead client workshops on emerging technology adoption (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Build quantitative models for disruptive market entry and competitive positioning
- Coordinate with R&D teams to identify patentable innovation pathways
- Present findings to executive boards and investor committees
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, blockchain, and biotech commercialization
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or industry disruption
- Advanced data visualization and presentation skills
