Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify paradigm-shifting technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for enterprise clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Conduct scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in global innovation forums
- Design and validate prototype solutions for emerging challenges using human-centered design principles
- Mentor junior futurists while building external partnerships with academic and research institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to boards and investors with data-driven confidence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field required
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation for complex organizations
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, biotechnology governance, or climate adaptation frameworks
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, scenario mapping)
