Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify and analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and socio-technological shifts
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Architect the 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market disruption patterns and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight insights into actionable product development pipelines
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and industry forums
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Drive cross-functional workshops to embed foresight methodologies across organizational silos
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D with proven 2026+ impact
- Deep expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP, weak signal detection)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with advanced data modeling experience
- Experience leading cross-continental teams and managing stakeholder expectations at executive level
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Scenariio) and visualization tools
