- Present compelling narratives to executive stakeholders using data visualization and storytelling
- Establish innovation pipelines by scouting emerging startups and academic research
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future trends
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Studies, Economics, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
