Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop predictive models and simulation frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Lead cross-functional task forces to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Maintain dynamic ecosystem of innovation partners and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive audiences
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Experience leading high-impact, cross-continental projects
