Responsibilities

- Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to integrate foresight into R&D pipelines
- Present compelling future narratives to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Build and mentor a global network of futurist researchers and industry influencers
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional scenario modeling and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future strategies
