- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Design and implement innovation pipelines targeting 2026 market opportunities
- Author high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation analysts
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related future-focused fields
- Proven track record of developing successful 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
