Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on emerging market paradigms
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish innovation metrics to track adoption of future-facing technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futurism methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting technological and market disruptions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or megatrends
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
