Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation to map 2026-2030 scenarios
- Develop strategic frameworks for exponential technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives with Fortune 500 partners
- Architect ethical governance protocols for emerging technologies
- Present future-vision narratives to executive boards and investment committees
- Build proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics and simulation modeling
- Mentor next-generation futurists in our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier industry publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-vision frameworks implemented at scale
