Responsibilities

- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Build proprietary trend-tracking algorithms using AI/ML methodologies
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists on predictive methodologies and ethical foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems modeling
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
