Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-level executives on emerging risks/opportunities
- Author white papers published in MIT Technology Review and Wired
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with 20+ cross-functional teams
- Represent company at Davos and Web Summit as keynote speaker
- Mentor PhD candidates through our corporate accelerator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy/innovation with 5+ in emerging tech
- Published research in AI ethics or future studies (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of 3+ industry-disrupting innovations
