Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (tech, climate, social, economic) to map 2026-2030 strategic implications
- Develop quantitative foresight models using AI-driven scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for next-gen product/service prototypes
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders with actionable recommendations
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at industry forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong technical aptitude in AI/ML tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or equivalent rigorous training
