Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and strategic frameworks for 5-year product roadmaps
- Partner with engineering and design teams to embed foresight principles into innovation processes
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and investor stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and industry reports
- Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting global technology deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Experience presenting at global tech conferences (WSJ Live, CES, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, Horizon Scanning)
