Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic insights into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and executive briefings on emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs to track cutting-edge developments
- Design and implement resilience strategies to navigate systemic risks in rapidly evolving technological landscapes
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate forward-thinking capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, white papers, books)
