- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruption vectors and opportunity pathways
- Translate foresight into product innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies
- Establish thought leadership through industry reports and keynote presentations
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and cross-functional innovation teams
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-oriented product development
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
