- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, governments, and Fortune 500 companies

- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budget through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting (quantum/AI/sustainability focus)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ commercial impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Expertise in scenario planning, patent landscaping, and technology adoption curves
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Java) and quantum computing principles
