Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using quantitative/qualitative methodologies

- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Design organizational resilience programs for volatile futures
- Partner with R&D to commercialize forward-looking innovations
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futures research, or related innovation fields
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or quantitative discipline
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight software (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer)
