Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in tech, finance, and healthcare
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive boards and investor forums
- Build and lead a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions for emerging markets
- Establish KPIs to track adoption of strategic initiatives and ROI for transformation programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, MBA, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in scenario planning or horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio of published future-state analyses or transformation projects
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
