Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Present visionary frameworks to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Develop foresight methodologies and future intelligence frameworks
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., Harvard Business Review)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
