Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify opportunities and risks in emerging tech ecosystems
- Translate future intelligence into actionable roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and technology
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and systems modeling capabilities
- Track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Certification in Futures Research (e.g., CFrA) or equivalent
