Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough products/services for 2026 market readiness
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members with data-driven narratives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, MBA, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains preferred
