Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning for 2026+ trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital ecosystems
- Develop predictive scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 5-10 year planning horizons
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into organizational priorities
- Establish quantitative and qualitative KPIs for future-readiness metrics
- Partner with R&D to incubate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
- Coordinate global network of futurists and domain experts for trend validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
