- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology trend reports using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead strategic workshops with Fortune 500 clients to align innovation roadmaps with future market shifts
- Design and manage Horizon Dynamics' Future Intelligence Lab, prototyping emerging tech solutions
- Present foresight insights at global conferences including Web Summit and CES
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynotes
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into executive insights
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Experience with futures simulation tools like Cassandra or Trendalyzer
