Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026 technology trend forecasts across AI, quantum, and biotech sectors
- Create strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, product, and market teams
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify disruptive startups and acquisition targets
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and establish forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or research with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record of successful trend analysis and strategic implementation
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred) or equivalent industry experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched since 2020
