Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 strategic vision, aligning cross-functional teams toward long-term goals.
- Identify and analyze emerging trends in AI, automation, and user experience to drive product innovation.
- Lead high-level stakeholder management, communicating complex strategies to executive leadership and investors.
- Oversee the creation of the annual innovation roadmap, ensuring feasibility and market relevance.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to translate strategic vision into actionable product features.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of 2026 initiatives and pivot strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching disruptive products or leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of current and future tech landscapes, specifically related to AI and SaaS.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
