Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative agents.
- Optimize model inference pipelines for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to define the roadmap for 2026 innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and bias mitigation in model training.
- Research cutting-edge advancements in reinforcement learning and transformer architectures.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs at scale in production environments.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
