Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the architectural design of complex ML pipelines and data processing systems.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Engineering) to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring robust monitoring and version control.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP) and data engineering.
- Proven track record of working with Transformer architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision.
