Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems with precision and efficiency
- Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Perform energy audits and optimize system performance for major Atlanta businesses
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure compliance with EPA/OSHA standards
- Lead junior technicians and provide technical guidance on advanced systems
- Respond to emergency service calls with minimal downtime
- Participate in continuous training on emerging HVAC technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with Type II/III certifications
- EPA 608 certification required; NATE or HVAC Excellence preferred
- Proficiency in digital HVAC controls and building automation systems
- Valid Georgia driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical/mechanical systems
