Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Perform system upgrades and energy efficiency modifications
- Train junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage inventory and order parts for service vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical consultation
- Adhere to all EPA and OSHA safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC technician experience with EPA 608 certification
- Valid California HVAC contractor license or journeyman card
- Strong knowledge of refrigerants, electrical systems, and ductwork
- Experience with smart HVAC systems and IoT integration
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme temperatures
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
