Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex 480V electrical systems in industrial machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Lead emergency repair operations during production downtimes
- Program and calibrate PLC systems including Siemens and Allen-Bradley platforms
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance on electrical equipment
- Mentor junior technicians and enforce OSHA safety protocols
- Document maintenance activities using CMMS software
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial electrical experience with 480V systems
- Valid Missouri Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent
- Advanced PLC programming skills (Siemens S7, Rockwell)
- OSHA 30 certification and NFPA 70E arc flash training
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical failures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Experience with power distribution systems and VFDs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
