Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex 480V+ power distribution systems in industrial settings
- Program and repair Siemens/Allen-Bradley PLC systems and HMI interfaces
- Lead emergency response teams for power outages and equipment failures
- Perform NFPA 70E-compliant lockout/tagout procedures for high-voltage systems
- Mentor junior electricians and maintain detailed maintenance documentation
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system upgrades and capacity expansions
- Ensure OSHA compliance across all electrical operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of industrial electrical experience with 480V+ systems
- Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent reciprocity)
- Advanced proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens S7, Rockwell RSLogix)
- Certification in arc flash hazard analysis (NFPA 70E)
- Experience with industrial VFD systems and motor control centers
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex electrical failures
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Ability to work rotating shifts and emergency on-call duties
