Responsibilities

  • Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to over 200 employees via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage and maintain the Active Directory environment, including user provisioning and access rights.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and security compliance.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, setting up their workstations and accounts.
  • Collaborate with the network engineering team to upgrade infrastructure and implement new software solutions.
  • Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow).

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Systems Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 (Office 365), and Active Directory.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on customer service and communication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Valid driver’s license is required for occasional on-site travel.
