Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Develop and implement cybersecurity best practices across client environments
- Lead digital transformation projects including cloud migrations and automation solutions
- Train end-users on new technologies and create comprehensive documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve critical system outages
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven track record of implementing ITIL frameworks and service management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with scripting languages (Python/PowerShell) preferred
