Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure enterprise-level hardware/software solutions across 50+ workstations
- Diagnose and resolve complex network infrastructure issues with 99.9% uptime SLA
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability assessments and patch management
- Provide Tier 3 support for cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization systems
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles for global teams
- Lead disaster recovery drills and business continuity planning initiatives
- Mentor junior technicians on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support with Windows Server and Active Directory expertise
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and network diagnostic tools (Wireshark, SolarWinds)
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and SaaS platforms
- Strong project management skills with ITIL foundation certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
