Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and server infrastructure.
- Perform system administration duties including OS patching, user account management, and software deployment.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
