Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers and internal teams to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Prepare shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork compliant with regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends and implement cost-saving measures.
- Lead and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure all safety protocols and compliance standards are met within the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
