Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Lead technical discussions regarding the long-term 2026 roadmap and architectural scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize data pipelines and ensure real-time processing capabilities for large datasets.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready machine learning models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV).
