Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the high-level technical vision and architecture for our flagship 2026 AI platforms, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives to explore emerging AI paradigms, including generative models, reinforcement learning, and neural-symbolic integration.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale machine learning models, reducing latency and increasing inference accuracy in real-time environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of talented software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Policy & Ethics: Define and enforce architectural standards for AI safety, transparency, and ethical compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects from concept to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
