Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior Neural Interface Engineer to join our elite R&D division in San Francisco. As we pioneer the technological landscape of 2026, you will be at the forefront of bridging biological cognition and digital infrastructure. This is a unique opportunity to architect the future of human-machine interaction.
In this role, you will design high-bandwidth brain-computer interfaces (BCI) and optimize real-time neural data processing pipelines. You will collaborate with neuroscientists and quantum physicists to ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and intuitive. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in AI and human augmentation, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement next-generation BCI protocols using low-latency communication stacks.
- Develop advanced algorithms for decoding neural signals with high fidelity and minimal latency.
- Ensure rigorous data security and privacy compliance for sensitive neural data.
- Collaborate with UX researchers to design intuitive, seamless human-machine interactions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct high-level code reviews for critical projects.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in quantum computing, neuroprosthetics, and generative AI.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on embedded systems or low-level languages (C/C++, Rust).
- Proven track record of implementing machine learning models for signal processing.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, signal analysis, and bio-electrical signal interpretation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation in sensitive applications.
