Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, laborers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed records and daily progress reports.
- Resolve on-site technical and logistical issues immediately.
- Mentor junior staff and ensure team productivity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management or construction supervision.
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
- Proficiency in Procore or similar construction software.
- Strong leadership and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
- High school diploma; Associate’s degree preferred.
