Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services using Python and modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI, or Flask).
- Lead the architecture and implementation of microservices to ensure high availability and performance.
- Optimize database queries and system architecture to handle millions of requests per day.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Data Science, Product) to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for coding standards.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to improve system reliability and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with Python, including deep knowledge of Django or FastAPI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming (asyncio).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
