- Lead the technical strategy for the '2026' product roadmap, ensuring alignment with emerging quantum computing standards.
- Oversee the migration of legacy AI infrastructure to future-proof quantum-ready environments.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and quantum engineers.
- Conduct research into cutting-edge quantum error correction and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML and Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistical modeling.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
