- Work on bleeding-edge technology with a world-class research team.
- Competitive salary package with performance-based bonuses.
- Flexible work arrangements and top-tier benefits.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable quantum algorithms tailored for AI and machine learning optimization tasks.
- Develop middleware to integrate Quantum Processing Units (QPUs) with existing classical frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Conduct research into error mitigation, qubit coherence, and quantum noise reduction techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in quantum software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate abstract business challenges into quantum computational models.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong portfolio in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
